Great question! I wasn’t entirely sure. At first, I thought they were homeless, because they kinda look like it, and there’s so much stuff, but then I kept looking and I wasn’t sure who they were, plus they had Starbucks š

It was definitely cold…well, they said it was unseasonably warm when we were there lol but I’ve learned everyone’s concept of weather is relative.
