Fuel efficient way to get around… we saw transportation like this in Bangkok, three wheeled motorized cars called tuk-tuks. Much cheaper than a taxi. They hold more than you’d think and can skirt around traffic jams pretty nimbly. Great photo.
Thanks, Joan! In the Netherlands, bikes are the norm; they have their own lane and have to stop at traffic lights, etc. Are the tuk-tuks in Bangkok similar (e.g., having to stop and follow regular traffic)?

They are motorized and expected to follow traffic laws, but they’ve been known to zip in and out of traffic, drive on shoulders, sidewalks, etc.

I think there is! He waits right outside the central train station, so maybe room for a couple backpacks?

That reminds me of the kiddy cars that my children loved to tool around in. Looks like fun, Katherin!

lol I always wanted one of those! We haven’t ridden in this, yet. Luckily, our place is in walking distance of this train station.
