Monday Notes: Living Overseas (again)

Happy Monday, Everyone! If you follow me on Instagram or one of my other blogs, then you may already know this, so apologies for the repetition. Buuut, Dwight and I have been living in the Netherlands for about two weeks. We have two more weeks to go, and then, we’re off to another part of Europe for a bit.

I will sporadically blog about my experience here, mainly because, we already write about our travels at Garlands Abroad. However, I will consistently share some inspiring images from this side of the world.

With that said, I hope everyone’s doing well! Feel free to share your summer plans in the comments.

    Until we meet again…
May the sun shine all day long
Everything go right, nothing go wrong
May those you love bring love back to you
May all the wishes you wish come true
    May peace be within you
    May your heart be strong
May you find whatever youโ€™re seeking
    Wherever you may roam

  2. That’s so exciting! When I visited my friend who was summering in Paris for a law course, we went on a road trip to Amsterdam and I absolutely loved it there!

We don’t have any crazy travel plans for the summer.. I just want to see and spend a ton of time with family and catch up… I crave family time with my sisters, niece and nephew.. my husband’s extended family! So I am excited for that!!! ๐Ÿ˜› Safe travels Kathy!

  3. Oh how exciting! I didn’t know you had a travel blog, will head over there to check out your posts. Hope you have a wonderful time ๐Ÿ™‚

My summer plans so far are a trip to Greece and then finishing (hopefully!) the first draft of the Master’s thesis I’m working on. Finding the analysis and discussion chapter to be quite a challenge at the moment!

    1. Yeah, it’s seasonal. My husband and I blog while we’re away and then not at all the rest of the year lol

Thanks for the well wishes, and YAY for you and Greece, aaaannnd finishing that thesis! the discussion chapter is definitely a bear because it’s like you’ve already said what you wanted to say, now you have to muster up some words to wrap it up…best of luck!

  5. I absolutely love the picture, Katherin. It reminds me of a Disney movie – magical. It could be a backdrop for Pinocchio!!
I look forward to reading more about your travel experiences – thank you for sharing. I’m an armchair traveler and you’re giving me vicarious pleasure!

    1. It is a beautiful place, and a great area to see spring truly bloom.
