Was recently thinking about relationships, whether its family, friends, neighbors, or other. And the value we not only put on the relationships in themselves, but also to the labels/terms. In general, I think family are valued higher as a neighbor. While in reality, sometimes a neighbor can be a much more valuable relationship as a family member.
Yes, I also think the spiritual connection will define the depth of a relationship. The moment souls truly feel connected 🙂
You know we’re always in step Patty! Long ago, a stopped placing value on titles, instead I look at the symbiotic nature of the relationship and also how I feel.
Thank you for sharing!!… that spirit might be a little thing called “love”… “You can talk with someone for years, everyday, and still, it won’t mean as much as what you can have when you sit in front of someone, not saying a word, yet you feel that person with your heart, you feel like you have known the person for forever “ (C. JoyBell C.)… 🙂
Until we meet again..
May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life’s passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!
(Irish Saying)
This is very true Dutch! There are people I’ve known for less than 3 years, who feel like lifetime friendships and others I’ve known for a lifetime who don’t seem to know me at all.
Amen Dr. G! In allllll the ways! Spiritual Growth on steroids. The hard ones break us down. And the ones that flow seamlessly give us the strength to embrace the lessons. Grateful for both. 👯♂️ ✨
True and true.😍
