Monday Notes: 30 Days of Gratitude πŸ™πŸΎ

I learned one thing posting a single gratitude message to social media everyday.

There’s always something for which to be grateful. Period.

  1. I’m extremely grateful for my brother Stephen. We spent Christmas together and I was overwhelmed with Love for him. His Autism has never been a barrier or burden to me. In fact as I get older the tables are turning and Stephen watches over me. He made sure that I got down the subway stairs in one piece and ran to assist me when I dropped a glass while in the kitchen. The joys of me not having depth perception. Every time I see Stephen we hug and I always tell him how much I Love him.

  2. Yes! Every night before bed I come up with lots…regardless of the kinda emotions that flew around during the day. I get my baby to do it too…prompted by a question before I say goodnight ‘tell me three wonderful things about today’.

I’m grateful for your friendship Dr Garland. You get me like few people I see in real life xx
