Omgosh Debbie! Absolutely. It’s a hard thing to take on, but I do think that with a little practice and self-nudging, we can all “keep it real,” yet still be compassionate and loving with ourselves.
Hope your health and healing program is excellent!
Feeling those painful feelings can be hard. I am no longer apologizing for any of my feelings. I am accepting and loving myself through them all. Thanks for helping me clarify this.
Most definitely JoAnna! But it’s soooo necessary. I’m glad you’ve found your own light and acceptance. Happy that I could even be a part of the clarity 🙂
I think so. Thanks for dropping by, reading, and commenting! I’m going to HAVE to check out your blog, if for no other reason but to find out what that title is all about.
So so true!

Right? Sometimes we forget that holding on to feelings or pretending not to feel can be an act against ourselves and who we truly are.

That is wonderful perspective on the human condition. Any experience, even painful ones, are essential in growing. Thanks for posting, KE!

Totally agree! We dismiss how important is to feel our feelings. By honoring our feelings, we honor ourselves and who we are.

Agreed. Some of us have become master deceivers of our own feelings. That’s never good.
