This is a beautiful quote. For some reason it reminds me of the chorus of a song sung by Courtney Cox (Kurt Cobains lady) and another female singer years ago. The words go: “I love myself today /Not like yesterday/ I’m cool, I’m calm / I’m gonna be okay uha . . .” There’s a few more words but like this quote, I always found this song empowering as a teenager.
