This is a powerful photo Kathy! Isn’t it amazing how an image can send a direct and clear message? ⤠Light and love to our planet. (I participate in a peace prayer to send blessings of peace to our planet, which I find super fulfilling. ⤠Sometimes I do it when running!)
Blessings to you Kathy, and a very happy New Year full of joy, peace, and smiles,
Debbie
Thank you Debbie! I’m glad you see what I saw. The juxtaposition between the two are nothing short of amazing to me. I do hope someone is inspired to care more about what we’re doing while we’re here. A peace prayer sounds really necessary, especially nowadays. Glad to know you Debbie š
Such a gorgeous picture except for that one incongruous piece of litter… not only fouling the view, but it’s an aluminum can that could be recycled, so I’m doubly angry. The bird’s expression says it all: HOW DARE YOU??!! š
Powerful photograph indeed. I just don’t get it…it isn’t that hard to throw garbage into a bin, either nearby or at home. Sigh.

I agree. We were actually in a park where there are trash cans everywhere, so I’m not sure why people do this.

Bummer. We need to treat living beings better, us, birds, the planet, all of it. ā¤ļø

Agreed. I’m not sure why this is such a strange thought

That bird knows that littering is bad. It is staring at the can very disapprovingly!

Very good and emotive picture for anti litter campaign.
It is difficult to understand the lack of care shown in that one can.

Terrible the way humans pollute, foul and destroy the earth that God gave us and make the animals suffer also. Sad.

Totally agree! My husband’s convinced that our human purpose is to destroy the world.

Well we are doing an excellent job of extermination. Eventually humans will also become extinct.
