I saw this picture when you first published it and then already thought:
Oh dear, maybe I should read less psychological thrillers…cause it also could be some criminal activity…
But, still believing in the good in people (even after recent events in Spain and Carolina), I can also feel the loving energy exchanged between the couple.

lol – I suppose they could’ve been involved in some collusion or something. I think I went with love because I have other pictures (that I didn’t post) where they were hugging and one of her legs was up in the air. It was very poetic.
Love the girl’s outfit, especially the shoes! Is it love? I don’t know. Weird how they have the whole frame to themselves, no one else around. Wonder if they knew you were watching or taking a photo? 🙂
Nice! I can dig this! Intimacy is so often confined to the bedroom … it is privatized (like everything else under capitalism!). When couples engage in intimacy in wide open spaces, I find it rebellious! I see it as a way of taking the public back. There are no temporal/spatial coordinates on love!
Wasn’t this nice? I was so glad to capture exactly how they looked to me. That’s a great way to think about it too. But it’s a shame that openly loving someone should be a rebellious act.
I love the intimacy of this photo. There is so much power in seeing the two of them standing forehead to forehead. I see sadness, though I hope it’s not sadness. I hope it’s reconciliation or the sharing of hopeful news, or a confession of devotion. I guess the beauty of that it can be any of these things. Maybe all of these things.
Thanks K.C. I watched her for a long time. He had gone to place a bet (I was at the dog track). And this is what they did when he returned, even though they’d been together all night. So I think the first guess is probably the closest, though I don’t really know either…it did seem intimate.
Lonely environment, secrecy maybe, intimacy profound. Nice photo. Speaks volumes!🌷

Very sweet, makes me feel like I’m intruding, almost!! Her shoes are something else. Not all of us could pull that look off!

I thought so. They seemed super intimate when I saw them. Think I was intruding lol And yeah those shoes are for the young (and young at heart) 😉

Oh there were others around, but I just focused on them. I’m pretty sure they didn’t know I was doing any picture taking. I was in another area 😉

For real! Shows just how alienated we have become. . . public hatred and private love. I hope for a world where these logics are reversed!
