    What I like most about this quote is how important it is for us to start small with 1 uplifting sentence.. less overwhelming.. and let momentum take care of the rest!

    1. Thanks Dr. Dinardo! I agree about the small steps. Sometimes we don’t realize that it’s just one small comment at a time and the next thing you know you’re all positive and having a great day. Same here about Twitter. It’s one of the ways I keep up with the blogging community.

  7. I started my day (three days ago) mistakenly hopping aboard a teen suicide post on a well trafficked site and I was feeling the stirrings of wanting to jump off my balcony by midday. Just the stirrings but still. I live on the 8th floor.
